class=\"uagb-heading-text\">ScanLog 3D Messeinrichtung f\u00fcr 3D-Rundholzprofilierung<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>ScanLog 3D ist eine automatische Messeinrichtung f\u00fcr 3D-Rundholzprofilierung, die in unterschiedlichen Arbeitsvorg\u00e4ngen der Rundholzsortierung und des S\u00e4geprozesses verwendet wird. Die ScanLog 3D Messeinrichtung erzeugt 200 Profile pro Sekunde \u00fcber das Rundholz mit der Pr\u00e4zision von 1 mm. Aufgrund der Messwerte kalkuliert ScanLog 3D die Form, Volumen, Durchmesser, L\u00e4nge, Kr\u00fcmmungen, Konizit\u00e4t und Ovalit\u00e4t des Rundholzes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Rundholzbearbeitung aufgrund der ScanLog 3Ds Ergebnisse \u00fcber das Rundholzprofil und Rindeinformation werden Volumen und Durchmesser mit h\u00f6chster Pr\u00e4zision gerechnet und diese Information wird sowohl in Rundholz\u00fcbernahmeprotokollierung als auch in Sortierung f\u00fcr S\u00e4gevorg\u00e4nge angewendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neueste Messmethode misst die echte Rundholzform unter der Rinde. Dies erm\u00f6glicht die strengere Qualit\u00e4tsbeurteilung und genauere Schnittbildkonstruktion, weil es jetzt unn\u00f6tig ist, die Rindedicke vor Sortierung zu erraten. Die Rundh\u00f6lzer k\u00f6nnen pr\u00e4ziser eingeschnitten werden und die Ausbeute wird erheblich verbessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heutzutage bei Rundholzsortierung wird auch die s\u00e4gespezifische Sortierung angewendet anstatt Sortierung aufgrund des Baumgipfeldurchmessers. In s\u00e4gespezifischer Sortierung werden die Messwerte \u00fcber die Rundholzform mit den S\u00e4geeinstellwerten der Systemdatenbank angepasst und der Stamm wird entsprechend eingeschnitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der S\u00e4gehalle werden die Messwerte von ScanLog 3D zur Steuerung von Rundholzwender und zur Optimierung von rundholzpezifischer S\u00e4geeinstellung verwendet.
