alle \u00c4ste, Rinde, Harzgallen, Verfall, L\u00f6cher, Kienholz, Harzkan\u00e4le, schr\u00e4gen Fasenverlauf, Risse, W\u00f6lbungen, Waldkanten, Flecken und andere Farbfehler pr\u00fcft. Zus\u00e4tzlich optimiert OptiGrader Planer den Abschneideprozess je nach G\u00fcteklassen und steuert die Endsortierung der Hobelware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank der einzigartigen machine-vision-Messtechnologie ist OptiGrader Planer in der Lage auch die Stellen, die nicht gehobelt sind, zu erkennen. Dies beruht auf keine direkte Vermessung der Dicke oder Breite, sondern OptiGrader Planer erkennt die raue Oberfl\u00e4che der S\u00e4geware ebenso wie ein Mann die Unebenheit erkennt. Die Abmessungen werden mit einer Matrix-Kamera (400 Abbildungen pro Sekunde) erfasst und die G\u00fcteklasse wird mit einer Echtfarben- Zeilenkamera (4000 Abbildungen pro Sekunde) erfasst.
